Declaration on data protection for the collection of personal data
This registration is hosted by AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH (AIT) in Austria. Data collected will be treated responsibly and confidentially and will be kept until the completion of the project (except for photographs, see paragraph below). The data collected will be used for the organisation of the event and the implementation of the project and will be shared with the project partners as may be necessary.
If your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you can revoke this at any time. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing up to the point of revocation. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact: susanne.giesecke@ait.ac.at

Photographs and Recording
The event will be recorded and photographs will be taken at the event under the responsibility of AIT for the purposes of internal documentation, follow-up reporting and information about future identical or similar events.
The processing is based on the legitimate interests of the controller to create truthful documentation and to provide visual information about the event. Selected images are also published on the futures4europe website, as well as the AIT website and can be accessed worldwide. Finally, some images may also be published in the AIT customer or employee magazine. Following the event, image data will be stored for a period of 20 years.
